Our emphasis is on providing quality, practical, hands-on training in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR and the use and application of AED machines. We aim to leave each and every participant with the necessary skills for providing care, with little or no first aid supplies, until professional medical help arrives.

Teaching with flexibility to ensure that participants will have the knowledge and confidence to recognize and care for infants, children and adults in a variety of medical/environmental emergencies, including severe bleeding, shock, musculoskeletal injuries and other sudden illnesses.
